DAMAYAN Migrant Workers Association, Inc. is an independent non-profit grassroots organization based in New York that upholds and promotes the rights and welfare of Filipino im/migrant workers. It also raises awareness and organize around issues of im/migrant workers, particularly women domestic workers, to understand and challenge the root causes of their issues. Damayan is a Filipino word that means "helping each other."
